I enjoyed the Connecticut good smoke, these Nubs can be very parched on the pallet however

I've tried a few and have a few more to sample but up to now, the Connecticut was the best. In fact is was excellent!

Try the sungrown. Also nubs are in two gauges.... Try them both if you can get thm

I bought a 3 sampler which consisted of Cameroon, Connecticut and Habano. Chap I bought from suggested I smoke in that order, which I did and about a week apart. Have to say they were all a good smoke, but the Connecticut was by far the special one for me.

They are all good in my experience. Get a sampler and kick back.

Thanks very much guys, sounds like no bad experiences then? For some reason I had it in my head that they'd be nicotine heavy. Best bet may be to get a sampler with as many mentioned here as poss... oh it's a tough life

Nubs

I recently had the Connecticut (edit - may have been Cameroon) (robusto size, can't remember the number) which I enjoyed.

sungrown and cameroon are nice. I've had a maduro which was also pretty good.

there is an 8 stick sampler for sale out there which covers most of the nub bases...

The Habanos 4?66 I tried was good. Needed a bit of time to settle though as the one I had an unpleasant whiff of ammonia about it for a while.

Can anyone recommend some of their favourite nubs? Just realised that I've never actually tried one.. in all honesty they don't really appeal to me but thought it was worth sampling a few just in case!
