I had it installed [MENTION=12]cohibaIV[/MENTION] took 4 days including clearing, groundwork etc and then finally the laying. It's not something I would have done myself, plus the grass came with a 10 year guarantee.

I was thinking more of a self build.. no to adverse in getting my hands dirty...

0 maintenance! There's about a foot and a half of hard-core underneath; haven't seen so much as a weed since it was laid almost a year ago. We used to get loads of unwanted growth from the field on the other side of the fence, no more!

I?m with you. Laid ours a couple of years ago as grass doesn?t grow in my garden (water table too high as next to the river). Great for the little one.

No time, so it was artificial or wilderness. Plus it's great for the kids I all weather!

I do occasionally! Usually just a quick brush over is enough to keep it nice and fresh.

Strange. Had a thread on another car forum about artificial grass. Really don't understand it. If you have a garden then why not be prepared to put in the effort cutting grass?
I have a ride on which is great fun.

No time, so it was artificial or wilderness. Plus it's great for the kids in all weather!
