I had it installed [MENTION=12]cohibaIV[/MENTION] took 4 days including clearing, groundwork etc and then finally the laying. It's not something I would have done myself, plus the grass came with a 10 year guarantee.Originally posted by cohibaIV View PostIs it easy to lay? Suppose it will be all in the ground preparation

0 maintenance! There's about a foot and a half of hard-core underneath; haven't seen so much as a weed since it was laid almost a year ago. We used to get loads of unwanted growth from the field on the other side of the fence, no more!Originally posted by ha_banos View PostThese do look pretty low maintenance... [emoji848][emoji62]
Now how would I keep the wife busy while I smoke...? [emoji3]

No time, so it was artificial or wilderness. Plus it's great for the kids in all weather!Originally posted by Kickback View PostStrange. Had a thread on another car forum about artificial grass. Really don't understand it. If you have a garden then why not be prepared to put in the effort cutting grass?
I have a ride on which is great fun.
