How to exhale out of nose?

Expelling Smoke!

If you aren't used to it, I'd recommend exhaling most of the smoke first as it can be quite drying on the nasal membranes.

You know how you can exhale out of your nose and mouth at the same time? Keeps your lips closed and the air passing out through your nose will suck some of the smoke in your mouth round. Basically, just breathe out through your nose without closing it off from your mouthful of smoke.

You have inhaled the smoke through your mouth, then keep it closed and gently exhale through your nose ! [Please dont try the duck tape over your mouth and stogie up the hooter method ] As you loose the flavour.

You don't need to inhale. Just keep practicing

I've seen it done, does it requiring inhaling? Is there a "way" to do it? lol
