Chop 3 cigars into thirds, then superglue the thirds together. That'll give you 3 cigars of first third, second third and final third. You can then see if there's a difference.

I imagine keeping a cigar chopped up without any form of cap from unraveling would be a nightmare

Interesting hypothesis.

The only way is to test it.

I suggest take a known nice large cigar, say a Cohiba Esplendido, and test it.

hi all,

I find that the last 3rd of the cigar tastes the best. So would it work if I cut the cigar into 3 parts and smoked it? Would I get consistently good taste all throughout the smoke?
