I’m now thinking H Upmann half coronas. I’m conscious it will be middle of December and cold outdoors! I’ve sent a few messages and only 10 or so who will want one. I’ll put it out with their table setting for those who would like one.

Save the nice stuff for people who will enjoy it when there’s lots of time to do so.

Totally agree with this.. something really special the night before with dad/uncle/besties and smaller ones to pass around at the wedding just for the fun of it.

I have, they were not especially notable, the Encore Majestic is a good choice for 200, nice box as well, or for more unusual CCs the RA or Punch LCDH... just a note the last RA and Punch I smoked I had to use a draw tool, so you'll need one there as well for CCs, 1 in 3 have draw issues IME, but not quite the look you want at a serene wedding, hacking away.

Opus X Perfection 5 would be a good choice too for 200 plus if you can find a 10 box.

I just did the cigar's at my little sister's wedding, put some Quintero Favorito's in an old box and passed them round. Went down well with everyone.

I took a couple nicer cigar's for myself and a tin of H Upmann Half Corona's for anyone that had smoked a cigar before.

    A petite Corona is about a 45-60 minute smoke. The P2 would take me around 90 mins. A Monte/Partagas 5 30-45 mins.

You could just go nuts like Giannis with the wide Churchills.
Absolutely will be hidden in the costs for the day my only real treat will be the cigars and a decent pair of Barker shoes. Those things seem insignificant when I have just spent £700 on fake flowers which can't be smoked or worn.

I'm very new to this TBH, I know its all subjective but you fellas must know what's good and what is perhaps less enjoyable. It will probably all be wasted on my guests anyway.
Indeed, you hit the problem, it's heartbreaking to buy 10 cigars & only 2 are fully smoked & you find the others ditched after the photos & a puff or two. I would suggest you smoke the best at your stag do (like I did) & & go for a decent middle of the road smoke on the day. Weddings are very busy & you'l be circulating & won't really have time to sit down & enjoy one until late in the evening.
I would recommend tubes as you can hand them out & some might then chose to take the home as a gift. R&J are middle of the road & & would fit the bill. the Monte Petit Tubos (same stick as the No4), would be a suitable alternative.

Big cigar Partagas P2. Smaller cigar Petite Edmundo. montecristo no.4. how about the SCdlH Prado? A touch over budget, but good feedback. Not tried one myself.

All the best for the planning and the big day!
