On Marc's point: It would take a bit more juggling (for PeaJay being the organiser) but perhaps during the submitting names and addys phase, you could state for eg: " I've got a Cuban or NC and would like Cuban or NC" Keeps the anonymity too.

I only have Cuban, so not much choice in what I can send.

Not knowing much about NC, are the chances of receiving a crappy cigar increased with NC? If so, I think going with CC only would be a fairer way of ensuring most people end up with something half decent.

Stipulating CC or NC could be hard on the sender.... Because someone may request CC's and unknowingly get a sender who doesn't have many to send.

The only way I see it working smoothly is to say from the off 'Only CC', 'Only NC' or 'NC & CC'.... That way people know what they are getting themselves in for.

Theres enough unseen issues with these things anyway. Like packages not being received and having to send twice, and the person you sent too not sending on so you have to step in to keep the thing running. For someone without a vast collection it can quickly put pressure on you to dig into your stash.
