I've had the same experience but with H.Upmann. I had a Coronas Junior that stank and made me feel ill, then I see how many people enjoy smoking Upmanns. I probably have to give the brand another chance.

But it's like I was taught in College by a tutor in Business & Finance "You never get a second chance to make a first impression."

Thank god we are all so forgiving towards those beautiful Havanas!

+1 first impressions do last it seems, If I had a bad RASCC now I'd just chalk it up and move on, but the first ERDM Choix being bad meant I haven't tried em since

I've got a single now. Feels like quality construction. Smells great, can't wait to fire it up.

Aye, the ERDM brand prove you don't need strength to have excellent flav's.

I had one of these, a 2002, as the first cigar I ever smoked in JJ Fox's... I remember it being rather mild but really rather pleasant...

Just to show you what a wheel of stix looks, here's some pic's from my collection.
I have to get a cab of these before the Mayan apocalypse hits us at the end of the year. I heard that Cuban tobacco smoke is the only thing that will pacify the zombie jaguar warriors that will come to eat human flesh ... at least that's my story when the bank manager calls me in!
