Hi SHAMZ84! From what I have read - NO! And Yankee travelers to Cuba still must meet certain humanitarian critera.

I wonder what will be the duty free allowance!

Well, you know how the Yanks like to do things in a big way, so I imagine it will be a lot more than the UK allowance, which I believe is 50 cigars from what I've read in the UKCF archives.
