    I always smoke the antico toscano myself more complexed in my opinion ,but you can also buy the flavoured one's as well.

    Not sure about Sicily specifically, but great smoking culture in Italy! Everywhere I've been there it's pretty standard to see people smoking cigars out and about, lots of Toscani too which I quite enjoy, but also CCs.
