I find BBFs smokeable even with only a few months age on them....a brilliant fresh smoke! The recent LCDH Boli Libertadores are not as full power as other Bolis, in fact I found it quite mild tbh. Best advice would be to smoke it because if its amazing, you'll want more.... And you don't want to find out in a few years time how great it is only to find they've been deleted!

RE can be different, and it isn't unknown for some to peak and die quite quickly. In a case where you only have the one I think it best you prepare yourself for a hard ride (which may not happen) and just go ahead and smoke it.
This or 5 years to be safe. As Arf said it is a bit of a crap shoot when one has only one.

That's cool...I was wondering if he picked anything up for you.
I enjoyed the vegas robaina familiares that I had.

My Boli Petit Belicosos LE were unsmokeable when I first got a box, slowly tried them over the years and only now are they starting to come good, but would still benefit form a few more years tbh.

Most other Bolivar I've tried have not been quite so unforgiving young.

Not at work Joe, I'll post one later. Does it not need a few years to soften its profile?
