I guess, if they can sell at that price it kind of sickening the huge profits UK cigar retailers are making. Interestingly enough Sautters in London was featured on a program last night about the super rich, needless to say they will pay anything it actually does not matter what they cost and thats the market the UK cigar scene is following.

Its not all super bad though, most people are so caught up on these releases the regular production cigars are still selling for reasonable prices, UK market excepted of course.

I always thought our taxes and duty were the main reason for the high prices...this very similar pricing you'll get in Germany...it just shows that that some of our B&M's profit margins are ridiculous.

Massively undercutting the UK competition with prices such as these - though with Cgars price comparison i would imagine/hope that it will trend the price lower... well for a couple of days anyway, and then it will be more like ?80 per cigar

Indeed it is. But still, ?47 per cigar is stupid. But a very good deal from the shop if your buying them, its sort of the exact opposite the likes of cgars etc do.

Look forward to reading the reviews on them as it is probably as close as I will ever get to smoking one at these prices.

Will they? The previous Cohiba LE (Robusto Supremo) isn't in my book. I hope they will be one day since I jumped on the bandwagon back when it was released.

I'd still like to try the Talisman though. But even here in France the price tag will be hefty. And it will probably sell out in 3 days.
