Fake Cohiba Genios

I have no idea why but I would actually like a box of the fake glass top cohibas. Not the cigars themselves, just the box. I'm thinking it would be a nice shadowbox art project.

We should be glad that the quality of the fake boxes are so bad, otherwise, we have real problem !

Sure, they would be nothing like a genuine cohiba, but assuming that they were 'good' fakes (not full of short fill and assorted rubbish etc) then they could still be good smokes for the money. I've tried cuban fakes in the past that were so cheap that they undercut the cheapest non-cuban cigars available but tasted a damn sight better than them (although no where near as good as what they were supposed to be of course), so sometimes even with fakes you can get value for money if you know what I mean...
I've smoked some pretty tasty fugazi from the island itself.
30 a box as I recall.

Hi Macker, funny theyre always Cohiba, ive got a box of siglo VI gen and a box of fakes though to smoke you would be pushed to tell the difference, grudgingly opened one up and found all long filler smoked evenly never had to relight once, the labels were perfect, you are not far from me send a pm and try one.

Gutted! Nice write-up and pics though. It's helpful to see this stuff for reference. Thanks!

We bought a box of genios in Cuba from the bar man. Worked outa lot cheaper than buying individual cigars from the shop. The looked good, the labels were wrong but they smoked great. We split one open and were surprised it was all long filler no chopped up debris.

I just noticed the clasp...what a disaster that is. Poor effort indeed
