Beautiful shops all the areas you guys suggested. Also went up Regent St and Oxford St as well.
Love the Hackett store. Suits feel great and I like their outerwear as well.

As the others have said, Jermyn Street is an excellent place to wander along looking at mens shirts and shoes. It's also within perfect strolling distance of a great many cigar stores.
You say you're not looking to drop ?2000 on a suit... If you're willing to drop around half that, definitely make your way over to Savile Row. The likes of Gieves & Hawkes and Ede & Ravenscroft do some exceptional off-the-rack suits which you can put together for about ?1000 - my made-to-measure suits from G&H were around that price (apparently they've gone up slightly since, but not much). Unfortunately with MTM you'd have to go back a couple of times - which might not be convenient. It's not all ?3000+ bespoke (even though they all offer that too).
Enjoy the trip.

Enjoy your time, though. It's a shame that Sludgie couldn't post in time. He's always the dapper fella on this fine forum...

Jermyn Street is great place to shop for men's clothes and not as expensive as most people think. I get most of my clothes there. Most shops do great deals on shirts, 4 for ?100 is quite common and off the peg suits and coats are not as expensive as you may think, a two piece can be found for about ?200 - ?300 as can an overcoat. If you want to splash out on bespoke tailoring, then it's considerably more

Saville Row, Piccadilly, Regent Street all have decent shops but it depends what kind of suit you're after

Check out Jermyn Street, Saville Row for window shopping... Burlington Arcade is also pretty cool, and Picadily Arcade too!

Fine Men's Shops
Good evening gents.
Arrived in London earlier this week. Really enjoying the city. Beautiful architecture here and history.
I'll be here over the weekend and till the end of next week. I'd like to find some fine men's clothing and shops. Something with suits, a nice topcoat as well. Not looking to drop 2000? on a suit, but something decent. Can you fine gents recommend any places? Obviously aware of Harrod's, but looking for other smaller shops as well.
Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
I did visit the Davidoff and Fox stores earlier this week. Lovely shops.Tags: None
