im from Glasgow where we say Glesga instead of Glasgow, the Z gives it a bit more zzz

Pigpen was a nickname I picked up years ago. Named after a character in snoopy who had loads of flies buzzing about his head. I was at a rowing regatta and had just finished a race, sweating my socks off and had a load of midges flying about my head....one of my crew cane up with it and 35 years later people still use it.

Quite simply the initials of my christian names

It’s also the username we used on computers at school; most people’s looked weird but mine had a ring to it

Mine because many years ago I needed a handle for an airgun shooting forum. Seemed apposite for that and a shame to lose it afterwards. Ironically, as do many other folks hands, it sort of fits many other fora...
