Pretty sure as long as the temp isn't mental it shouldn't matter as long as the seal is good it's just a matter of regulating the RH

Cheers, it wasn't cooling the wine so the temp was about room temp I think. So should be ok, although Mrs Roy has told me she wants it for red wine!!

Definitely worth a go. I'm sure it will make a useful bit of kit and will squeeze in a fairly tight space.
You would probably be able to use Boveda packs too due to the size.
As said before, take photos and update us with your progress.

That sounds like a good idea, it's already sitting in a good spot. I just need to find out about the temp.

Very nice, our old cooler wasn't cooling properly so was replaced with a new one, I've still got the old one but its only wide enough fur one bottle. Could it be used fur singles do you think?
