One shouldn't judge a stick based on so few tries, but I haven't the slightest intention of trying one again. There was another thread where these cigars were discussed but I can't find it now
I'm in the same boat really. I can't see myself buying another one of these when I can get a Trinidad Reyes (one of my favourites) for a couple of pounds more.

I've been through loads of PC vitolas. Never tried a tubed. Never had a problem! It's my go-to smoke when I don't know what to have. Consistently good. For the price they are always in the humidor.
Good to know; this one was the exact opposite of what you seem to have experienced : /
Not smoked one, but your example sounds like a candidate for a Perfectdraw (tm)
Was thinking the same thing! I'm fairly new to this game, but have been smoking cigars on and off for the past three years; I've literally never had an issue with draw until tonight but I was wishing I had a perfecdraw to sort this one!

I have just had an Inka Secret Blend Red Cristales Tubed Cigar and was wondering if anyone else had any experience with this particular stick?
It has nothing but glowing reviews on the Cgars website, but I found it to be below average in terms of enjoyment. The main issue was an almost painful tight draw. My cheeks are actually hurting due to how much I had to puff in order to get some smoke into my mouth.
The flavours were actually pretty good; sweet, nutty with some leather/suede, but they were overshadowed by the largely negative experience.
Up until recently, my humidor was heavily weighted on the NC side... having had some great CCs recently, I think that going forward I will have an almost exclusively Cuban selection. No snobbery here, just recent experience has taught me that I prefer the profile of CCs more. Having said that, I have some NCs that I have been looking forward to smoking, so I could still be swayed!
I'm interested to hear other members' experience with the line mentioned. Did I just get a bad stick?
