I've done business with them before. You pretty won't find a cheaper place for NC's. CI is very close price wise. Also I would stay away from cigar.com This was the very first website I ordered from when I took up cigar smoking. The singles I got tasted stale for some reason and I haven't been back!
Any place I have gotten cigars from always came in a plain brown box. The return address even is in top secret code. But I suppose they will muck it all up and declare wont they

Contacted them today regarding shipping rates and packaging, got a reply from agent saying;
Our packaging does not advertise the contents. We do have to write the contents on the way bill and for customs purposes.
