Mine arrived yesterday so thanks Paul....The month before I got charged for Oskihen's sample which I on reading the specs can only be thickness not weight.

I'm not complaining here. I did email them as well but never got a reply, that's when I went to my local sorting office for an answer. I think a more spread out package is in order to overcome the post office being over zealous and ripping us poor pipe smokers off [emoji2]

this happened to me last month too, I think went to the sorting office to ask why I had to pay extra? They said the sorting office in Glasgow made the decision as they say it's a large letter of it doesn't freely fit through the slot of the gauge they use. I think there's a complete tit of a jobsworth there.
