    Italian continental stores sell italian foods
    such as different pastas, cheeses, all sorts of italian salami's
    word of warning go in one of these stores to get something you like and you'll come away with a carrier bag full.

    I am saying no or low sugar due to the government now taking the stance that refined sugar and processed fruit is worse for you than tobacco.

    Something I took great pleasure in mentioning repeated to my now ex who was well into baking cakes with lots of icing and who constantly nagged me about stopping smoking cigarettes. "Oh your making cup cakes dear? Well its upto you if your going to put yourself in an early grave...."
