Indeed a bible of cigar smoking. I think they are still available at Alfred Dunhill in bourden house, 50 pounds. The author is from hongkong, probably can get you an idea how serious these people are...to the level that I myself can never understand :S

AND....most of the pictures of the Humidors and cigar bands are HIS???

There's a great site here by Nino who's a pilot and blogs his cigar excursions. He went to MRN's house and he happened to have the SIGLO XXI humi just sitting in his garage....that's the $100,000 humi with 2000 smokes in it. Only 21 ever made and unatainable and this guy has it in his garage!!
