Wow! I'd have to take an inventory to answer your question. For years I've been taking two sticks from each box I purchase and storing them in a "lock box" section of don TJ's massive unit for saving and aging. And I can't seem to open them up to smoking, since I only have two of each!

But aside from those, I do have three Behikes that I purchased from Mitch when they first came out and I just can't bring myself round to smoking 'em!

    Is that wrong?

    Perro, el Perro

Mind if I smoke 'em for you, Snr. Perro? I'd have no problem bringing myself "round" to smoking one or two of them there Behikes.

    (Hurumph!) And you are?

Cool, at a guess my list is nowhere near what you have, i've not been smoking to long, but i'm trying....

As for the Behikes, it goes back to my question, and i totally understand why you don't want to touch them........................

............damn, now i only have two left..............

A box of Bolivar Britanicas as I believe these may be a nice smoke to age, also 2 boxes of GM from 08 as they will be harder to get soon and I really like them. A box of El Rey del Mundo Petit Coronas from 09, nothing special about these just fancied ageing a box for another 2/3 years.

Got a box of Hoyo Short Hoyo EL '10s bought from Whisk and half a box (5) Cuaba Distinguidos 09's which are nestling in a tupperware container, hopefully for a while! Would like to keep the lot ageing for at least another year.

I have three boxes that I haven't touched since I bought them. 1 box Monte Sublimes, 1 box Por Larranga Magnifico and 1 box Romeo Dukes. I have an open box of both the Dukes and the Sublimes, but regrettably ran out of loose Magnificos a long time ago! Nick.

I still have about 8 1998 Trinidad Fundadores from a box split which I'm itching to get back to.

I have some Behikes like the Don from the original launch because I just haven't had a special enough occasion on which to smoke them on.

Finally I have two each of the Reserva/Gran rRserva from the last two years Habanos Festival on the basis that they always arrive much too fresh to smoke and then i pop them into my humidor and am very reluctant to get them out to smoke as they look so good nestled in there.

I'm not exactly saving them but I've 12 Cohiba Sublimes left that I can't bring myself to smoke because of the price...

Surely it's not the price they are worth now but the price you paid for them that matters Stevie? And as you have already paid for them, either smoke them or put them up for sale & put yourself out of that state of mind.

I have quite a few boxes aging away, I don't find it difficult to await a few yrs, as I have a large stock & seem to get less chances to smoke these days then before. The ones I worry about are the discontinued lines, I might be able to get more but they'll cost a heck of a lot more. Eg just brought RG Slendy's & Party Series D No1 at Mitch's last auction. Both were still a reasonable price but by the time I finish these...

That reminds me, I have an unopened box of one of my all-time regular favorites (see other thread) - the fabulous Bolivar Bonitas!

No way I'll ever open it... NO WAY!

Nope. Disagree. Just because you bought something cheaply doesn't mean you can't treasure it when it's worth a lot more...the only "state of mind" I'm in is one of delirium at still owning some of these beauties!! Wish I'd bought more...

..do you want to buy some SimonBolivar? ?65 each..pm for details
