    I think it muddies the waters of it's in a building with none smokers as well.

    I saw a smoking booth in Amsterdam airport that was a good idea albeit cramped. I've also heard of a couple if pubs that designated themselves research centres so people could smoke there haha

        There are several exemptions written into two acts that allow for smoking indoors,
        personal residence (why you can "legally" smoke in the houses of parliament, though they do have a restriction on smoking)
        sampling lounge of a specialist tobacconist where more than half there taking are hand rolled cigars or pipe tobaxco
        Designated rooms in hotels
        Designated legitimate research centers

          Slightly off topic but related to your post. Parliament have their own snuff blend which sits in a box at the entrance, it's to discourage smoking..... I would love to get my hands on a sample.
