Haha a fair point although I would say that for the majority of that year I was only lurking, bit intimidated about getting involved and looking like a clueless noob.

We all started as clueless Noobs mate, now get stuck in and join the fun. And give us a clue to where you are, smoking cigars is even better in company!

I agree - have had a couple of Partagas SDN4 and they did nothing for me. All I could taste was pepper. Much prefer the RASS or the Bolivar Royal Corona.

I have had one f***ing awful PSD4, one really good one and one OK one. There seems to be some quality control issues I think, mine were from different boxes

i heard quality issues with d4 due to the massive production, many are too rolled loosely so might cause hot burning. So I would suggest move on or find some aged ones.

              I hate them

              ?under 4 years,of course.

Strength is something I've detested in cigars. Much like peatiness in my scotches, really. Quite the weakling when it comes to these things.

This week the herf had Room 101 cigars. Matt Booth the owner of the brand was there. The night started out with a JL PC followed by a Bolivar Britanicas and to finish off the evening a Padron 1926 No.9. The last picture is of my other half and I with Matt Booth.

Sounds great! I think I'm the last cigar smoker in the world to not try a Boli Britanicas yet though.
