The good thing about a cigar is that you can put it down while you have a dump and you have a chance of it still being lit after your done depending on the cigar and the dump! Worst case you have the choice of binning it or adding fire again which is usually ok if its not been out long. They're not so good the next day though yuck!

The guy from the Sautter's vids apparently let's them go out after a few puffs during the review and will re-light them later in the day to smoke properly.
