The effects of cold

At least one of my lock and locks is now going to have to live in the garage to keep it from accounting eyes. I can control the humidity but will the low temperature have any adverse effect on its contents?

I think the cold slows the ageing process but will have no ill-effect on the cigars. Remember to watch the RH as the change in temp will effect the It.

Cheers Mo, am I right in thinking that if the RH gets a little high then a dried up Boveda should soak it up in the same way that they recharge themselves?
