Just swapped from an iphone5 to a galaxy s5 and dont regret it for a minute. Does everything my iphone did only with better battery life and lots more free apps. oh and no more hateful itunes making everything more awkward than needed.

Just got the S5. Love it already. Git the battery to last 48 hours the other day! Screen is excellent and camera has a wider angle than my old S3.

I was a windows and Samsung user for years but moving to apple was great, there stuff does less but does it well. They are a bit too good at hooking you though, iPhone iPad Mac book Apple TV and thinking about a home mac of some sort. I also like the way that you can walk into a high street shop and they will replace your handset on the spot if it goes wrong.

I went the other way, from iphone to the nexus line - haven't looked back.
Much more bang for buck and bought off contract means I have a cheap as chips sim only plan. - ?15 a month with 2000m, 2000 texts and unlimited data, including ultd tethering....
And I'm trying to move away from windows too - my main computer is a chromebook now - I only use the laptop for downloading / transferring data now.

I think I just like the way apple stuff just works or is fooled with nothing in between. I hate having to diagnose and PC problem and fix it, I hate waiting for a machine to do a task and I really hate it when things are so over engineered that nothing works perfectly.
I do with apple would be more innovative each time the bring out a new line, particularly phones. Waterproof would be nice as would a bigger screen.

There are rumours of a bigger screen iPhone which would probably be released in November. Personally I use the 5s, and I find the battery life excellent, particularly when using it as an iPod.
