  • 2002 Dunhill Box

So a colleague and I were chatting over tea the other day and got onto the topic of cigars. He informed me he had a box from a while back that he had left in his cupboard for a long time. He couldn't remember what they were at the time but he said he would bring them on for me anyway. Well today he did and this arrived...

A little excitment ensued but was quickly suppressed recalling our previous conversation as to where they had been kept!

I was right to suppress the excitement as when I opened the box, this was the state of the contents....

A real shame! I might try and salvage a small smoke out of something for the sake of it but I don't hold out much hope.

Soak off the labels and at least you get a nice box

      Ah the sheer disappointment there!
?Some humans would do anything to see if it was possible to do it. If you put a large switch in some cave somewhere, with a sign on it saying 'End-of-the-World Switch. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH', the paint wouldn't even have time to dry.?

Shame they're busted like that. You could try repairing the wrapper and resussing them if only for practice. At worse you could remove the wrapper to smoke them .... but, Dominican Dunhill Signed Range .... is it worth it?

And no Peejay, you don't remove the label with the rollers signature on it!
If you want to, you can.
