Before cracking it open have a look on the Whisky Exchange or somewhere similar, sometimes the old bottles can fetch a bit more cash than you might expect.
Inside it's still only Bells, but someone may pay a premium for an old, unopened bottle.

That's retail the bells decanters come up all the time at auctions and struggle to make ?25 I have one at work and a Grouse gold leaf got them for ?10 each

Just popped into a small off-licence as an unusual bottle of IPA caught my eye in the window. Picked one of them and another up, then saw a guy buy a bottle of nice Ardbeg. The power of the dram drew me over to the scotch and I picked this up. Never had it before, but looking forward to having a nip later...
The guy behind the counter asked if needed the receipt. I said "I don't need that (as he popped the scotch in the bag) so pop it in with that please"
