      • Picked this up from the Whisky Shop in Oxford. Sampled the non sherry casked version in the shop and went for this off the back of that.

        Had a few nips out of it so far and its bloody gorgeous.

        Funny as when I started out my Whisky journey a number of years back I thought peated Whiskys were awful! Now they're my favorite!

          Such depth of flavour in a peated whisky my favorite. Same as a heavy latakia tobacco

          • 300ml left in this 1990s(?) Talisker 10 yo map label bottle. Cork disintegrates on opening! Still, taste is superb & a sieve gets the bits out.
