  • Aberdeen CASC today!

The place has got a heap of new stock in and going for a proper look later today.

Picked up a RyJ wide Churchill yesterday but not tried yet due to a sore throat from what I presume is smoking too much lol

Should have taken pictures but sure I remember some regionals now being on the menu.

Will try and get some pics today

I've had a small sore throat for the past 2 weeks. Been nursing it with Belvederes, Troyas, Belindas, JlPs, etc.

No reason for you to not smoke those Wide Churchills!
Also, when you do, let's hear how you get on with them. I really enjoy those sticks - significantly better than those Short Churchills...

Aye been eyeing up a box deal on them. Good opportunity to try before I buy and support my local bricks and mortar in the process!

Sorry [this little] wiggy. These past days I've just been smoking Ramon Allones and Punch Belvederes. Surprisingly similar (but not really because they're all EAR 2002 box codes) in profile.
Is there even a modern Belvedere? I assume the RyJ is still in production??

I absolutely hate the fact that they're limiting maschined cigars nowadays. But that's a topic for another day...

Nowadays, I don't know and I can't be bothered to care.

Don't let the word 'machine made' be a demonisation. I just got hooked on some Troya Machined cigars (pretty HtF for some fckn reason) which tastes like gumdrops of Maraschino cherries. They're absolutely wonderful but not as complex as I like.
Honestly, I wish Cuba made more of these so there was a wider range. Those Troya cigars have quickly climbed to my 'go-to' cigars - especially for this winter!!
