I was 7 when the 1st film was released so it started for me with Judgement Day in '91, which I loved. After that the next two were enjoyable.

This latest release is a good scifi action movie which takes the plot lines and twists them in to a complicated finale where it is all laid to rest... until the remake in 20 years

Hahaha, pretty much what I thought, maybe a little convoluted but Arnie at his tongue in cheek best.

Thought it was a pretty decent film - the first, whether or not they'd admit it seems loosely based on a Harry Harrison short story.
The first was a bit better, I think as it was more tense...

I agree with what you say about the first but there was definitely a couple of 'jumpy' moments in this one as well. Imagine if we actually had a day of purging, would just have to 'Herf' my way through the night![emoji2]

Can't you just 'borrow' it online?
SilentBob is quiet no more, name change to VocalBob?

I have but I'm reading the new book about Entebbe called 'Operation Thurnderbolt' at the moment and thought it would be good to see a dramatisation of it.

Not as good as the review suggested but readable

                            • Had a lovely relaxing Bank Holiday Monday watching a couple of films with the family. 'Ouija' on Sky was the first one this afternoon which I thought was very lame for a horror followed by 'Case 39' tonight on Netflix; a gripping suspense thriller with some great 'jumpy' moments in it.

                              • Recently seen Lethal Weapon (how has it taken me this long to watch this?) and American Sniper on a plane. The Interview really disappointed me.
