Didn't enjoy it. But wife did.

The Lie (2018.) Not badly put together actually. All about the ending. Bit silly, but kept us watching till the end. Decent drama.

Update - this is one of the worse films I’ve ever seen. How it’s almost 7.0 on IMDB is beyond me.

On another note just finished a The Fall series, that should also have gone off after S1 too.

Thought Get Out was great, far better than this dross (although it hadn’t helped I’d had a few beers + some VATs.

The Fall is OK and I’d go with a 6/10. I just really struggled to get into it and the ending was poor IMO. On the upside it’s only 17 episodes so doesn’t take up too much of your life.

Going to watch the Ring with Naomi Watts tonight, I really liked the original Japanese version, see how they compare.

If anyone is looking for a good series watch Dark on Netflix. Children in a specific town in Germany are going missing, there's a mystery as to why they are going missing and I won't say much else... It's dubbed over as it's originally in German, but I don't even notice it really. It is mind bending and an 8.8 on Imdb for people that take this into account 🙂👍🏻

I’m with you there, I thought it was going to be awful but it surprised me how funny it was. Don’t often like American comedies but that one definitely had its moments

Watched White Boy Rick last night which is definitely worth a watch Mcconaughey on form as ever these days. Brilliant gritty drama and a true story.

Also watched Calm With Horses this week which whilst not an easy watch at times really impressed. Gripping throughout
