Easy to get in Italy but I've never seen it in Waitrose... What are these stores you mention?

Italian continental stores sell italian foods
such as different pastas, cheeses, all sorts of italian salami's
word of warning go in one of these stores to get something you like and you'll come away with a carrier bag full.

Yeah they have no idea what the hell they are on about, some focus group will have got some money to come up with some crap, half the people on will have interests in some company and will find in favour of that company.

so that really leaves water

There is a diet version but the whole point is for the sugar to combat the nicotine for me. I also find that vanilla; like cinnamon, really needs sugar to bring out the flavour. Boylans Black Cherry Soda works well too.

This is why I think Chinoto goes well with a Cigar. It's sweet but sour too.

Agreed but the lemon is quite sharp, what would you pair it with?

I would have it after to cleanse my pallet. But drink plain San Pal with the stick.

I drink quite a lot of tea but the flavour isn't strong enough for cigar smoking. There is a fancy shop in town which I am going to have alook in see what they have. Got some really good green tea from there before so they might have something strong enough.

Three or four cups a day but never with cigars because I drink it without sugar

I drink around 15 cups of Ginger tea per day. It is just about strong enough to smoke with.

I always use to drink Schweppes Black Cola in Spain, it was less sweet, but it disappeared from the market.
