FA Fitness test completed this morning target is 2.6k in 12 and 2 x 50m sprints in under 7.5 sec
Glad to say I achieved 2.75k in 12 and was the quickest in my sprint heats in under 6.5s not bad as I was up against all under 30s [emoji1]
