All, what is the most efficient/safest way of packaging sticks with stuff is likely have at home? Need to send something like 9 sticks but not sure how best to package this sort of quantity up safely.

Myhermes a small box with padding and cling film round the sticks?

I usually double bag in two different sized jiffy bags

I've used a large diameter cardboard tube in the past, but happened to have that as surplus from another 'job'. A box would be safe GS, as you note. I'm sure a few lads will chip in as there's been a few larger packages of cigars sent out recently for the raffle. monkey66 sent quite a few recently. He might be able to offer a view. Or the recipient mightyred as to what the packaging was like

I always use a rigid cardboard box of some description. Inside I bag the cigars and then surround with paper/bubble wrap etc ...really whatever I have to hand.

To my knowledge I have never had a damaged package in more than 10 years.

I always keep my old cigar tubes and boxes, for just such a purpose. Tubes taped together then bubble wrap, etc. should be okay?

Like has been said ... A stiff cardboard box ... Cigars in ziploc .

but for a packaging medium I use old grocery bags ( the ones everybody has 2000 of at home) cheap and it's helping empty plastic out of yer wife's kitchen drawers . Never had a parcel of cigars get damaged .
