• Scooby's Smokes

Just received these from a friend this morning.

Not the best picture. From the note I believe these are... Padron 5000 Maduro, Gurkha Limitada Hedonism 15 Years, Magnum 50 and Perdomo 20th Anniversary Epicure Maduro.

Don't know anything about them but looking forward to smoking!

Save the Magnum 50 for last, start with the Ghurka

You should find something you enjoy there.

Really nice selection mate. Padron is one of my favourite brands.

Interested to know your thoughts on the Gurkha. I enjoy their milder cigars but have found the stronger ones I've tried a bit one dimensional. The Mag 50 is an awesome smoke. Enjoy!

Will do, although my experience with cigars is minimal - very little to compare them with.

Planning on placing an order myself today. Will probably use Cgars. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Nice variety of sticks there Scooby. Good advice from PeeJay on where to start and end.

The samplers on Cgars are priced slightly cheaper than buying the equivalent singles.

Alternatively just pick a bunch of singles as a starting point to various brands.

Are you smoking outdoors or indoors? If outdoors then you might struggle with enjoying anything more than a Perla size(I know I do!) and therefore Montecristo no 5, Siglo 1, Rafael Gonzalez Perlas are ideal for colder months.

Bear in mind I'm a newbie too so only going on what I've smoked over the last 5-6 months [emoji58]
