It used to be automated lads, but now it's at Deano's discretion. There is a baseline of at least three months membership and active posting. Previously, this used to be a a couple of hundred posts minimum, but that's become discretionary over recent months. Stick with it. I'm sure Deano will pop into the thread at some point
