  • Brewdog Punk IPA

Just nipped out to the local Sainsburys and thought I'd give this a whirl; this is great beer with a tropical nose and flavour (loads of lychee) and would pair well with a cigar.

Try it if you get the chance; 4 x 330ml are ?6 in Sainsburys.

I love their whole line of beers. But they are a little more expensive over here.

My favourite of theirs is the Elvis Juice, fuck that's a good summer thirstquencher!

I'll have to give that one a go.

I tried the Jack Hammer on Saturday. It's a little stronger than the others but it goes down like water. One gets quite a kick in the bollocks after a few.

I'll pick some of these up later as well!

Last night was the first time I've had any if the range and I have to say, I was very impressed. You can actually taste the quality. Will definitely be picking some more up during the week.

Tesco's is a good place to pick up brew dog if you are not in Glasgow.
I tried everything on tap the last time I visited and they were all good.

Yeah the punk and Elvis juice are pretty good.
The rest is starting to feel like a gimmick tbh and losing its appeal for me. I'm currently far more impressed with fierce beer which is another local brewery.

Let us help you find your new favourite beer. From sessionable pale lagers to big complex imperial stouts and everything in between, at Fierce we brew vegan beer with a focus on fantastic flavour.

M&S have started to keep a very respectable selection of beers. A lot of good traditional English ales along with lots of new craft type stuff. Their own brand IPA'S are very drinkable especially the Grapefruit IPA. A proper refresher.
