Well I've tried a few over the years. The latest at a recent cigars tasting. It did it's job, and now I've a box. EMS too. So the best there is in the world. 🤣

Not my intention. I assumed Banos would have tried some before buying a box, so my comment was really for others but I am not the only one to have reported this issue, it is or was a known problem in the first yr or two, maybe they have improved? Personally I have no desire to buy another to see, I didn't feel it offered me anything over the Hoyo stock I hold, except for it's admittedly, elegant shape.
