  • The Fox's Burrow (Oh it's a slippery slope!)

Right, well i thought i would finally get my cigars sorted today, and then actually set up a thread for my procurement.

Apologies that this one may be a long one as it's my first one!

So, i started buying cigars in December 2016 for my Birthday, i bought my first 25 sticks - a selection of Cubans and non-Cubans, high and low priced and they were kept snug as a bug in my lovely Germanus humidor:

Well needless to say i actually started to develop a real liking for the puros - an in particular the HdM epicure No.2 made me fall deeply in love

Well, that was 11 months ago now, and it's safe to say that i have outgrown the humidor...

So here's the stash so far (Some boxes are obviously no longer full due to that awful habit of smoking them I have also not included date pictures as quite frankly i could not be bothered - for all future purchases i will include this information as well):

Exactly what I was going to say, not far off my own & that's taken 20yrs to build up! Worth mentioning the great mix & classy choices there, you have obviously made some serious gains in knowledge over the last 12months.

Impressive. This reminds me of how I first started. You'll see that this disorder is very hard to cure and that you will end up with enough cigars for a dozen or so years in no time!

Frankly, any more posts like this could prove just too dispiriting for the rest of us!!! Congratulations on a great run of acquisitions! Some truly wonderful looking sticks in there.

Thanks chaps - it's quite scary seeing it all laid out like that!

In my defence i can say i just wanted to get the collection in place so i can then smoke whilst ageing ... though this may just be an excuse

But yes, i do need to slow down....

Very impressive. So what are you storing them all in now?
