With this change, the lifeline is held open for new blends to come to market for an extra three years.
This should prevent a rapid influx of cheaper/crappier blends flooding the market as companies try and get stuff through before the deadline.

Madness. My old (approved cigars) contain only fermented Tobacco. My new cigars contain only fermented Tobacco.....
I wonder how much this will ultimately cost consumers......--
