                          This thread was becoming a real worry for me as I was off sick with a chest infection last week and I lost my sense of taste completely for seven days. I have a friend who lost it permanently after a head injury and he used to smoke cigars too. It has just come back and you wouldn't believe how good cheese and onion crisps taste. Now planning what to smoke on Saturday afternoon.
