Great choices, I love a skinny and the BBF is a classic.
It seems to be the way with boxes boxes at the moment, I’ve had some as recent as Jun/Jul this year and I’ve seen people have even newer! As long as the quality is good, and from the photos yours top class, then I don’t pay too much attention to the date. Give them a month in your humi to settle then try one, if they are not ready give them some more time and try again until they reach your personal sweet spot.

The BBF is a firm favourite of mine and I always try to buy a box every other year. They say patience is a virtue... unfortunately Santa forgot to put any in my stocking this year!

I think that those are definitely gone. Had a Gourmet the other day and weirdly didn't like it that much. I've had quite a few and have always loved them but this one was extremely sweet. Yeah, they do that from time to time. They did the same with the JLPL. I had my brother phone 5th Avenue when I heard rumors about it being discontinued and they confimed it. Two boxes in one day.. firstly the box of lusis from thedame as well as a couple of freeloading passengers! Thanks for those mate.
Then a box of ryj churchills that i picked up at a frankly obscene price of about 180 quid. Pretty happy with them.
Both need to go away for a while but will definitely give one a whirl come spring.
