  • First purchase of more than five

Well the 'to hell with the budget' voice finally won the argument and I went out to get myself a half decent stock.
I've always bought only 5 cigars at a time, and my intention was actually to get around 20+, mostly NCs with a few CCs.

Up until now the most I've spent on a single cigar is about ?15, but standing in a walk in humi at the shop is not a smart thing to do when you've just up'd your budget for the first time. I just couldn't resist the calling!

Still very pleased with what I came out with though
Feeling like the next purchase will be my first box, as I've really enjoyed the Partagas D5 the last few days.

Now for the next predicament... what to smoke first???

Nice pick up. I’d go straight for the Partagas Maduro, it’ll lock you in forever

Well I guess someone has to smoke them !

Tastes aside, great acquisition, sir! Some lovely looking smokes there, and many hours of joy to be had!

        The CAD begins ...

You've not got a single cigar under ?15 in that bottom row. What have you done!!?

Got yourself some great cigars there. Enjoy.

Turmeus in Norfolk. Whenever I'm over there for work I pop in.
Enjoyed a Romeo Petit Churchil in the lounge after the purchase

Yes, your on the slippery slope now. I can't even remember when my collection was that small (over 20+yrs ago for sure) but when it was, it wasn't as impressive as the Havana's you have there. I am not qualified to given an opinion on the NC's but the Cuban's all look great to me, I think the one that might surprise you will the Monte Tubos & compared with cost of the rest, that will be a little relief for you.

Enjoy smoking all those cigars and no doubt you will be back purchasing more before long.

Great choices, this looks like a textbook case of catching CAD.

I can't wait for the day I have a humidor cabinet in my lounge.
I'm on the lookout for people I know travelling to Cuba so they can bring me back boxes

Might even be going myself next year which is pretty exciting. Although nowhere near Havana so not sure how common the shops are.
