    Unabashed plug/ thanks to Jamface



    As a part of a seasonal bomb last year I was lucky enough to get some stunning sticks and a jar of the Jamface Chipotle and Habanero jam... as we are in prime bbq season, it found its place back on my table and man o man o man it was good stuff. Folks, if you like your meat with a bit of zing then I would invite my secret Santa/ bomber to speak up and let our band of BOTL?s at your chilli jams!!!

    Is it jammy or relishy? I do like habanero and chipotle. Most peppers and chillies in fact. Will have to try it!

      Not vinegary.... but not over sweet either. Probably more jam than relish but definitely savoury. Made by a member here ! The website is jamfacejams.co.uk I think

        Very glad to hear you like the chilli jam (and the sticks!), Matt. Thankyou for the very encouraging words and the plug!

        Also pleased to see you mention that it's not too sweet or vinegary. I've found that far too many chilli jams scrimp on the chilli content and are waaay too sweet. I really want this to be about the chilli flavour but not just the heat either.

        I did a Christmas market at Borough last December and sold out in a day and a half with great feedback and now in the process of getting it into a few local shops, but trying to juggle starting a small business with job, family and moving house means it's slipped down the list of priorities.

        I do however have lots of chilli jam (fresh batch!) and it's all ready to ship. If anyone would like to buy a jar drop me a PM. They sell for ?4.50 I just need to work out postage costs.

          its belting stuff - a little goes a long way as they say! It was hot yesterday, but it raised the temperature a few extra degrees!
