Habanos produces selected cigars for different regions/countries e.g. Spain and France but all all also Asia/Pacific is one region. It's a gimmick really, they get you to buy more expensive cigars with 2 bands on but in this case it's not worth the extra money. If you watch the review I do explain it a little.
