Monte Media corona + H Upman half corona.

I fancied a few quick smokes, so picked these up to try. The Upman smells devine tbh.

Anyone got any thoughts on these?

Good choices, both good IMO. I prefer the Upmann but I’m biased, it’s my favourite Marca.

The 1/2 corona is great, but needs a few years...or at least one year, IMHO. We Coros always have a few of these around the hacienda.

I can only comment on the upmann and they are great.good solid burn lasted me about half an hour.ash stayed on pretty much to the band. I got 5 and I'm buying more for a sleep

When a box is on I can't put the HUHC's down, I just want to chain smoke them til they're gone which is unfortunately what ends up happening sooner than I wished.

Just opening the plastic bag from Cgars the smell of HUHC was gorgeous, the monte smell was a bit underwhelming. Im really looking forward to HUHC. I may give it a go if i get chance on the weekend and report back [emoji106]

My last visit to Havana (nov’16) ... every morning I had a half corona/media corona with my coffee (3 of each I think or one extra HC) .

Cosmetically the montys won every time (they just had prettier wrappers) ... but taste wise the upmann half corona won every time .

i still don’t have a box of media coronas ... I have a dozen or so boxes of half coronas .

+1 on this advice. I had a dream last night that I broke my 50 cab (May 16) and they were smoking great, maybe I’m thinking about cigars too much but I’ts definitely a sign I need to try this weekend.
