I’ve tried in the past using cheaper punch cutters, and resigned myself to the fact you get what you pay for....ended up getting a Xikar bullet punch, worth the money as it’s razor sharp

Straight cut everything. If the RG is too big I don't enjoy the smoke! Have had to resort to punch only a couple of times.

Mostly straight cut. I usually punch small ring guage NC's then test the draw, if its too tight then straight cut these aswell.

I use all types & pick according to the cigar. 3 sizes of punch for light fills or draw and fatties, I?ve found the v cut good for piramides & figaduros as well as anything else. Guillotine also good for just about everything, mindful of the squashing effect some handheld have under pressure.

Just packed my paraphernalia & my colibri v cutter is jammed shut. Not from a piece of leaf wedged but a mech failure. Not impressed.
