Recent Florence / Pisa / Seville experience?

in coming months I am, amongst others, going to the above cities and will have time to shop!

Seville has some coverage in the archives, but there is limited insight beyond the google-able on Florence & Pisa.

Anyone got any more recent experience of turning up cigar gems in any of these locations?!

Recent Florence / Pisa / Seville experience?

Siena is officially ?meh?. I read reviews of a tabachi which was a must go to for cigar and pipe smokers with a ?medium sized? selection of sticks ... Cuban and non-Cuban. While the NC?s ranged from
Camacho to Davidoff and the Cubans includes a few double band sticks, it was modestly embarrassing to say that the average BOTL has more reach in his own collection.

Upside is that if you find yourself in Siena needing a cigar, you?ll find a RyJ Cohiba or even a Vagueros.


Pisa was similar a decent Tabachi with some of the usual suspects which look to have been well kept. Prices were a little punchy. Reports are that the owner of the top scoring google search result for sigari cubano Pisa, is quite grumpy and hostile - I found him neither but suspect it?s all relative [emoji23]

San Gimignano is a desert ... one tabachi with some tubos Cohiba and RyJ ..... on a top shelf. 🤯

Florence is a bust.... nothing beyond the ordinary. All awaiting the new Re. Found a Habanos vendor in a tiny Tuscan town .... sadly no joy. Few mag54 ex in tubes but beyond that nothing special.

Me too Mike, although I have had a tyre blow out on a rental car so my wallet is stinging from that, so may be the cigar gods are saving me the anguish of finding gems that are beyond my pocket!
