I?m into lanceros. And I?m smoking my way through some different NCs to see what?s out there and what can even come remotely close to a Cuban lancero. This morning I ran into this sucker in Copenhagen, - just had to make it my lunch time smoke.
    - Bespoke Traditional Grand Caf? (39x7,55)

    Update/Review:

This is not a cigar for the faint hearted, if you can?t cope with 2 hours of nicotine in abundance don?t smoke it, but otherwise Almost 2h20min of very pleasurable smoke indeed.
The construction is very good, the wrapper feels slightly rough but nevertheless very good and slightly oily. The draw is perfect - something I can not say of all Cubans I?ve smoked. No tendency to stop burning (it came out of a big walk in humidor of 66RH) and no touch up.
I am quite used to double draw on some Cubans (even Trini Fundadores) but this is a single draw cigar and if you do doubles you will get hit by serious nicotine.
The taste is great all the way. Started out a bit peppery, which I didn?t appreciate too much, but that dispersed already after about an inch of ash. It?s hard to judge where the tobacco comes from, and it is also a careful blend of Dom/Nic and USA + a Brasilian wrapper. But it doesn?t taste Dominican, neither Nicaraguan and definitely not Cuban. It is however very pleasant and doesn?t change too much along the way.
It is a strong smoke and there is no ammonia anywhere, I smoked it to the absolute nub.
At app. 11 euros I?ll definitely need a case of these for further reference.
Oh btw, this is a Henke Kelner Jr blend - I think he?s becoming one to watch.

I had this one in my humidor for 3 years now. They are out of production as far as I know. Used to be good value for money. DC format and all tobacco is 5 to 7 years old when produced.

Full flavour with sweet notes. Very pleasant.

Its either a Dominican cigar strong in nicotine with a very similar flavour profile or a lump of nasty stuff hanging off a sheep's arse

Hopefully not the last day of summer, but it seemed an appropriate day to enjoy this '02 Sancho Panza Molinos at my neices wedding.
